At DME of America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
